I remember the first time about 5 years ago, that I read someone warning about the "đđŤđđŹđŽđŤđ đ¨đ đ°đ¨đŚđđ§" by the transgenderists. I thought they were off their rocker. It sounded like an extremist over-exaggeration of what the đđŤđđ§đŹđ đđ§đđđŤ đđđđ¨đĽđ¨đ đ˛ was capable of doing, and it didn't seem like an obvious objective to me. I even counseled against talking it up as counterproductive.
Boy was I wrong.
Moreover, it is being aggressively pushed precisely at the moment that women, the oppressed sex, face the most serious attack on their rights in over half a century. Women's right to abortion is on the verge of being abolished. In fact, the Transgenderist attack on women is merely another prong of the attack on women today.
Attacking women's very existence and rights is not a misunderstanding or some confusion on the part of Transgender Ideology. It is not some attempt to be "inclusive" or more "tolerant." It is precisely the opposite. It is INTOLERANT and EXCLUSIVE against women, the oppressed sex.
This misogynistic intolerance against women is in fact inherent to the very nature of Transgender Ideology, which is predicated on suppressing women in order to impose a male supremacy fantasy, which can only be viable by denying the existence of women. The Transgender Ideology relegates actual women to secondary status in order that the transgender emperors may pretend to be women.
It's hard to exaggerate just how profoundly reactionary is the Transgender Ideology and the serious threat it represents to women and children, first and foremost, but also to freedom of speech, and rational scientific thought.
Once someone proclaims that a "đđđ§ đ˘đŹ đ đđ¨đŚđđ§" then it is necessary to attack common sense, the sciences, women's rights, and suppress freedom of speech. The Transgender Ideology is profoundly totalitarian because it based on a fundamental falsehood. Its methods are poisonous to human dignity and solidarity. Most people are terrified of speaking publicly against the demands of the Transgender Ideology.
In the direct sense the most immediate victims are the hundreds of thousands of vulnerable human beings being preyed upon by the Transgender Ideologues, selling them a snake oil false cure for their gender dysphoria, and myriad mental health issues, and subjecting them to horrifying mutilation of their bodies. Instead of telling these vulnerable youth that they are lovely as they are, that they are beautiful gays and lesbians, they are told by the priests of the Transgender Ideology that they must mutilate their body, hate who they actually are, and reject themselves. The Transgender paradigm is a form of internalized homophobia.
So, opposing the Transgender Ideology on behalf of women and children, is also an act of love to seek to save the vulnerable from this homophobic ideology.
This insidious totalitarian Transgender Ideology is not something that can be ignored or tolerated in small doses because it is inherently aggressive, and reactionary in character. It won't stop and it won't go away. We need to oppose its demands and arguments in order to defend women, children, freedom of speech and science.
Think for a moment that the simple statement of fact, "đ đŚđđ§ đ˘đŹ đ§đ¨đ đ đ°đ¨đŚđđ§" has caused untold people to be fired from their jobs, expelled from schools, blacklisted, threatened with rape and death. The Transgender Ideology is a gag law and a threat against all who don't agree.
My position is very clear. I utterly reject all the arguments and beliefs of the Transgender Ideologues. At the same time and in no way any less, I support the right of individuals to believe themselves to be transgender, and I utterly oppose any real discrimination or violence.
There are some persons, men who dress and seek to be perceived as females, and women who seek to be perceived as men. However, they make no argument that they have actually changed biological sex. They make no demands against women. They make no demands about what pronoun must be used. They simply want to live the way that makes them happy. They are not proponents of the Transgender Ideology. Wonderful. I respect their rights and wish them well.
We need to stop being afraid and begin to speak up and debate these issues. It's not going away and it's only getting worse. Real, even physical, injury is being done to women and girls, and youth. This is not some esoteric debate.
